Resetting the Rodecaster Pro will resolve the vast majority of bugs and problems encountered. 
To do this, go to Settings -> Advanced -> Information -> Slide To Reset

You can then press Yes

Wait 10 seconds then press Next, check. The RØDECaster Pro is now reset.
