Ensure tracks are playing on both CDJs beforehand. If sound remains absent, follow these steps:
Check the power status of the speakers by inspecting LED indicators on their fronts. Ensure they are switched on both at the back of each speaker and the wall socket.
Check that the volume knobs on the back of the speakers are both set to 1/4
Verify the DJM channels. Adjust the mode selection dial to 'LINE' for USB stick usage and to either 'A' or 'B' for laptops, depending on the port (A or B) your USB cable connects to on the DJM.
Confirm the connection of CDJs to the Line In ports on the DJM. Use the red and white RCA cables from the CDJs' Audio Out ports to connect to the Line In ports on the back of the DJM.
If only one speaker is operational, ensure the BALANCE knob is centered.
