Plug the microphone directly into Channel 1 on the interface.
Activate the 48V button located beside Channel 1 on the interface.
Ensure that Channel 1 is selected as the input source for the microphone track (avoid Channel 1-2, as it's designated for stereo).
Confirm that all switches on the microphone are set to the middle position and that the gain switch is set to 0dB.
Arm a track/channel for recording and monitoring in your DAW.
