What is EXPORT mode?

Easy playback via the Pro DJ Link, less dependent on the laptop during your performance.

Do have an option for beatmatch grid view on CDJ. 

Setting Hot Cue's on the fly will automatically update in your Rekordbox Library.

Perfect if you want to prepare your tracks/set.

STEP 1:

• Connect the 2 cables from the CDJ's to your MAC (use a hub)

STEP 2:

• Download the ‘CDJ Aggregator’ app from the pioneer website.
• Open the app and click on OK

STEP 3:

• Open Rekordbox
• Choose EXPORT mode on the top left

STEP 4:

• Go to preferences
• In the Audio settings select CDJ/XDJ

STEP 5:

• Go to Input/output
• Check the output channels
• Output deck 2
  • L = Output 1 
  • R = Output 2
• Output deck 3
  • L = Output 3
  • R = Output 4

• Close Preferences
• Wait till you see the link button

• After connecting with link (only works with driver) you see the decks on the bottom

STEP 6:

• Go to source on the CDJ
• Choose your Laptop (LINK)

• Browse through your library on the CDJ's.

• Set the DJM output channels to ‘LINE’ Mode.
• Check that the CDJ audio outputs are connected to the CDJ ‘LINE IN’ input (channel 2 and 3) using the red & white RCA cables.

• Set the ‘Balance’ knob to the center position (12H) for a balanced output level.
• Adjust the ‘Trim’ knob of each channel so that the signal does not exceed 0, to prevent distortion.
• Gradually increace the master to send sound to the fronts.
